Which parts of the job do you enjoy most/ find most rewarding? And what was the biggest challenge you have had to overcome?
I enjoy meeting new people and getting to see new places all while I’m learning. I think my biggest challenge so far has been to understand everyone’s roles and responsibilities and learn everyone’s name!
What was your first impression of Electricity North West?
A good company. There are great benefits that are available to employees and we do a lot of work for various charities. I feel proud to work here as we really help our customers when they need us.
What do you think of the career prospects? Have you had much training and development?
I would like to develop and gain further qualifications with Electricity North West. The support I’ve received so far throughout my training has been brilliant. One day I’d like to go on to be a trainer at our purpose built training academy and teach future apprentices at Electricity North West.
Would you recommend your job to a friend and why?
Definitely, you get paid to learn key skills that will develop into a career for life.
